TechRise Studio Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, access, and use of the TechRise Studio desktop software application ("TechRise Studio" or the "Application"), provided by Etechrise Infras LLP ("TechRise," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TechRise Studio, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the Application.

02. About TechRise Studio

TechRise Studio is a desktop-based live production, scene composition, and video broadcasting application designed for Windows personal computers. Features include camera input management, virtual background synthesis, voice-controlled commands, multi-source layouts, and direct streaming integration with supported third-party platforms.

03. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian, to use TechRise Studio. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

04. User Responsibilities

When using TechRise Studio, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your computer hardware, operating system, and connected devices.
• All video, audio, text, images, and content you capture, produce, record, or broadcast through the Application.
• Obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any copyrighted music, videos, logos, or assets included in your streams.
• Compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and platform regulations governing live broadcasting.

05. Account Connections

TechRise Studio offers features that connect with third-party broadcasting accounts. You authorize the Application to communicate with third-party APIs using standard OAuth 2.0 authorization grants provided by you. You may disconnect connected accounts at any time from within the Application or via the third-party platform's security settings.

06. YouTube / Google Integration

TechRise Studio enables live streaming to YouTube using the YouTube Live Streaming API and Google OAuth 2.0. By using the YouTube integration within TechRise Studio, you agree to be bound by:

• YouTube Terms of Service
• Google Privacy Policy

TechRise does not control YouTube's service availability, stream ingestion policies, or account enforcement actions.

07. Facebook / Meta Integration

TechRise Studio allows broadcasting to Facebook Pages via Meta Graph API and Live Video publishing endpoints. By using Facebook Live integration, you agree to be bound by:

• Meta Terms of Service
• Meta Privacy Policy
• Facebook Community Standards

08. User Content

You retain full ownership of all live broadcasts, recordings, and media produced through TechRise Studio. TechRise does not claim any ownership rights over your content, does not monitor your live video feeds, and has no access to your video streams.

09. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TechRise Studio to:

• Broadcast or record any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit viruses, malware, trojans, or malicious code.
• Attempt to bypass or disable security mechanisms, reverse-engineer proprietary components beyond rights granted by applicable open-source licenses, or disrupt third-party API services.
• Violate the terms of service, community standards, or broadcasting guidelines of connected third-party platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

The "TechRise" and "TechRise Studio" names, logos, branding, user interface designs, custom icons, documentation, and proprietary plugins developed by TechRise are the intellectual property of Etechrise Infras LLP.

11. Open-Source Components

TechRise Studio incorporates modified open-source components from the OBS Studio project, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 (GPLv2).

• The open-source portions of TechRise Studio are distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2.0.
• TechRise Studio is an independent software product and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OBS Studio or the OBS Project contributors.
• All third-party copyright notices and license attributions are preserved in the application distribution.

12. Third-Party Services

TechRise Studio integrates with external platforms including Google, YouTube, and Meta/Facebook. These third-party services operate independently and are governed by their respective terms, policies, API availability, and privacy practices. TechRise is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or data practices of third-party platforms.

13. Availability and Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of TechRise Studio at any time with or without notice. We may release software patches, security enhancements, and feature updates.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

TechRise Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

In no event shall Etechrise Infras LLP, its partners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, broadcast interruptions, or hardware malfunction arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use TechRise Studio.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of TechRise Studio following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
